Beginning the week of November 14, the library will host free fitness classes. Total Body Strength will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15PM. Build strength and improve posture with this full body dumbbell workout! All levels welcome. Weights provided. Bring a mat and water.
Sit & Fit will be on Wednesdays at 11:30AM and Fridays at 10:00AM. Build strength while seated in a chair with this low impact workout. Ideal for those with mobility issues. All levels welcome. Chairs provided. Bring water.
